Headlight Insert Prep and Painting

Remove the headlight.

Open it.

Remove the inner black plastic liner

Use a blade of sorts to scrape off the heat-staked pins.

Putty the holes with 'Bondo" available at any auto parts store, get the small tube.

Sand. I used 220 and 400 wet/dry paper.

Prime.

finish with your favorite color paint.

reassemble.
